It was just a fitting option for short stay in Crawley with fantastic value. The staff really makes you feel at home, especially Francesco who helped with my transport and other requests. It's better to take a taxi to the airport instead of relying on the shuttle, especially late at night.

If you're needing assistance with luggage, ask the staff directly. They may provide more help than initially expected.

The shower pressure left much to be desired, swinging from scalding hot to freezing cold, making for a frustrating experience. The decor shows signs of wear, with a few scuffs and nicks on the furniture that detracts from the overall feel. Limited dinner options in the bar area also felt a bit lacking, especially after a long day of travel.
